Last Friday, Governor Tom Wolf signed a bill banning anyone under 18 from obtaining a marriage license.
The legislature unanimously voted to approve House Bill 360 last week, and it was signed into law.
Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey are the only three states to fully ban child marriages.
