The Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney arrested a man they believe is responsible for shooting and killing his roommate in Union Township of Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police say yesterday morning around 8:30 they responded the incident in Corsica and arrested 65 year-old Joseph Sivak for allegedly killing 60 year-old Amos Smail following an argument.
Sikak is in the Jefferson County Jail awaiting arraignment.
