A high wind warning remains in effect until 8 p.m. this for Jefferson, Clearfield and Indiana Counties.
During the warning, winds could be between 25 to 35 miles per hour, with gusts up to 60 miles per hour.
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines, so widespread power outages are expected.
