The number of confirmed COVID 19 cases as of noon yesterday is 12,980 in the Commonwealth, with 162 deaths due to complications.
According to the CDC, Jefferson and Elk are the last two counties in Pennsylvania with no confirmed cases of COVID 19. Clearfield County has seven people who tested positive, and in Indiana County 17 people have been confirmed through testing. Clarion County has six confirmed cases of COVID 19.
