The average price of gasoline across Western Pennsylvania is four cents cheaper this week at $2.18 per gallon, according to AAA.
Average price last year at this time $2.92. Looking at averages in our region: Punxsutawney $2.17, Dubois $2.20, with Indiana and Clarion at $2.22.
