A stolen vehicle investigation lead to the arrest of two men in Jefferson County.
This incident happened on March 30th around 10:20 pm when authorities contacted 31 year old Stevonta Lofton of Rossiter in reference to the stolen vehicle investigation. Pennsylvania State Police say Lofton had sold a controlled substance to 54 year old Scott Milligan of Punxsutawney.
According to the police Milligan was DUI and in possession of a controlled substance. Lofton was taken to the Jefferson County Jail for vehicle theft and intent to deliver a controlled substance and related charges.
