Few details have been released about an investigation into a scam that was reported on Friday in Ashland Township of Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion say a 48 year old man from Knox provided his debit/credit card information and was scammed out a $1,000. His name and other details were not in the report as the investigation is ongoing.
According to the PA Attorney General, be wary of unsolicited phone calls and emails offering supplies or treatment for COVID-19 or requesting your
personal information for other purposes.
