While Coronavirus is spreading in Pennsylvania, the pace of Influenza has slowed down.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health reported Jefferson County had 24 new cases of flu bringing their total to 687. There were 38 new cases of influenza reported in Indiana County over the last week for a total of 877. Clearfield County’s pace also slowed to 67 new cases after three straight weeks where they were had a 100 per week, their total stands at 1272.
Seven more people died in Pennsylvania from influenza in the last week, bringing the total to 100 for the season that started in October.
