
One person was sentenced yesterday in Indiana County Court for charges connected with an incident in Commodore last July.
66-year-old Garry Faber of Commodore pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of children, terroristic threats, plus five other charges.
The incident happened on July 5th of 2019, when Pennsylvania State Police said that Faber threatened an un-named woman with a loaded shotgun in front of
their five-year-old son.
Judge Bianco ordered Faber to serve two to five years in state prison.
