
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has made it clear for establishments during the Covid-19 outbreak: If you allow people to sit down at your place to eat or drink, you will be cited.
According to the news release: All retail licensees, clubs, permitees and producers have to stop with on-site sales for on-premises consumption until further notice.
Non-compliance could result in suspension of their license and possible closure.
Board chairman Tim Holden said the decision was not made lightly, it was made with the idea of keeping everyone safe and healthy.
