The names of those involved in the fatal crash on I 80 East on Saturday afternoon in Sandy Township have been released.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois are calling it Homicide By Vehicle, when, according to WTAJ News, 33 year old Shara Franco of Brockway was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes and struck one vehicle before colliding with another head-on, killing the driver, 43 year old Ryan V. Muirhead of DuBois.
The Dubois/Brockway Exit 97 was closed for a time period.
Criminal charges will be filed against Franco as the investigation continues.
