Pennsylvania State Police charged both of the people from La Jose who were involved in a domestic dispute in Chest Township of Clearfield County.
On Monday, 28 year old Joseph Small went to the Pennsylvania State Police Punxsutawney station to report 26 year old Victoria Small hit him in the right eye, causing bruising and a scratch.
She was arrested for Simple Assault and taken to the Jefferson County Jail. He was charged for Summary Harassment for the incident.
