In the Indiana County Court today, 55-year-old Willie Eugene Caldwell Jr. of Clymer is scheduled for two Plea Court appearances.
In one, dating from last October, he’s charged with open lewdness, indecent exposure, and disorderly conduct. In the other, dating from November, the charges are open lewdness, harassment, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and disturbing the peace.
