A man from Punxsutawney who is facing charges of Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct for an incident last year in Jefferson County will have a preliminary hearing next month.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, on October 24th 54 year old James Stewart allegedly threatened to shoot people at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital after he was not cleared medically to drive a motor vehicle.
Preliminary hearing is set for March 24th with Judge Mizerock presiding.
