State Representative Chris Dush of the 66th District has announced that he will seek the 25th District Senate seat of retiring Senate Majority Leader Joe Scarnati.
Dush is not seeking re-election to the House, honoring a commitment he made to serve only three terms. The state’s Department of State election Web site lists Dush, Jim Brown of Punxsutawney, and John Herm Suplizio of DuBois on the Republican side and Margie Brown of Saint Marys on the Democratic Primary ballot.
