
Two people who had active arrest warrants were caught in Paint Township of Clarion County last week.
Around 5:30 pm on February 13th, Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for having a broken center break light on Paint Boulevard just north of I-80. Troopers found the passengers 23 year old Keshia Shelter of Shippenville and 34 year old Russell Allio of Pittsburgh, both allegedly in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia as well as the warrants.
They were taken into custody and placed in the Clarion County Jail.
