A Reynoldsville man is facing a hearing next week related to an incident of terroristic threats and physical contact.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois allege 37-yr old Dusty Lee Hippler struck two people and told a woman he would “snap her neck” and burn the house down.
Court documents say Hippler is scheduled to stand for a preliminary hearing in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana next Thursday. He’s charged with Terroristic Threats, Strangulation and Harassment.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Gospel Center in Washington Township in early January. He was arraigned, couldn’t post $40,000 bail and remains in the Jefferson County Jail.
