The man from Brookville who is accused of abusing a 13 month old toddler is in the Jefferson County Jail after he was unable to post $450,000 monetary bail.
ExploreJeffersonPA.com reports 26 year old Brandon Corey Motter was arraigned on Monday on charges of Aggravated Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, among other charges that stem from an investigation of a child who had bruising and bleeding around his body.
The published reports notes Motter’s preliminary hearing is tomorrow morning with Judge Bazylak Presiding.
