A woman from Punxsutawney will have a preliminary hearing this afternoon at 1 based on the allegation she gave false reports of sexual assault to police.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 19 year old Tirzah Gramolini has been charged with Misdemeanor 2, Falsely Incriminate Another and a Misdemeanor 3, Reported Offense Did Not Occur.
The published reports says after further investigation, she later admitted to a Punxsutawney Borough Police Officer that the act was consensual.
