Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a report of a pickpocket in the Township and County of Clarion.
The incident occurred on February 1st between 1 and 6 am at a gentlemen’s club along Route 66 when a 30 year old man from Clarion reported someone stole his smartphone.
His name and other details were not in the police report.
