
DUI charges will be filed against a man from Brockway for an accident that happened back in December in Snyder Township of Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police say on December 23rd around 1:30 in the afternoon, a vehicle crashed near Clay Plant Road. When Troopers arrived, they interviewed the driver, 39 year old Jeremy Heverle, who reportedly told police he had a few rum and cokes. Following field sobriety tests, he was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to Penn Highlands where he consented to a blood draw.
Heverely will be facing charges through the Magisterial District Judge.
