Authorities have accused a Cherry Tree man of taking nude photos of a teenage girl while she was showering at his residence.
Cherry Tree Police charged 44-year-old Matthew Deyarmin of unlawful contact with a minor, plus other charges for incidents in October of 2018. At that time, police say that he allegedly photographed a 15-year-old girl with his cell phone while she was taking a shower in his home and while she was under his care.
Deyarmin is now in the Indiana County Jail as he was unable to post $100,000 cash bond. A preliminary hearing is set for February 10th.
