Charges were field against someone for DUI following the blood test results.
According to the Brookville Borough Police on December 17th last year around 6 pm, they found the driver of a pickup truck on Sylvania Street who was suspect to be intoxicated. The operator was arrested and transported to Penn Highlands for a blood draw.
Lab results indicate the driver had a BAC of .22 percent at the time of the incident.
The name, age and gender of the accused was not in the police report.

A Clymer man was reportedly injured in a crash in Cambria County last Saturday afternoon.
State police say 34-year-old Joel Pomposini fled the scene after hitting a tree alongside Moss Creek Road in Barr Township.
His injuries were described as minor.
