Following an investigation charges were filed against a man from Reynoldsville for an incident that originated in November last year.
According to ExploreClarion.com, surveillance video lead to the arrest of 30 year old Jesse Allen Collier, who is accused of smashing out the windows of an SUV in a parking lot at Clarion University and stealing a purse. The online report says Collier was detained by the Reynoldsville Borough Police on December 6th where he admitted to his actions.
A preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
