A man from Reynoldsville who was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor in a standoff with the police in Jefferson County in December will be in court today.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 45 year old Steven James Shaffer will have his preliminary hearing this afternoon at 12:30 in front of Magisterial District Judge David Inzana. The published reports says Shaffer is currently in the Jefferson County Jail on $100K monetary bail from an incident that happened where he is accused of threatening a person inside his residence with a firearm leading to the activation of the Special Emergency Response Team, where he surrendered.
