
The average cost of a gallon of gas in the Commonwealth is still going down.
Across Pennsylvania gasoline is now at $2.72, which is a six-cent decrease from last week at this time. Prices are still higher from where they were last year at this time, when prices were at $2.42 a gallon on average across the state.
Jefferson County is standing around $2.79, Clearfield County at $2.77 a gallon and Indiana County is among the lowest in the area at $2.76 a gallon. The national average stands at $2.50.
