Some local defendants who are scheduled for sentencing in Indiana County Court today.
52-year-old Stephen Czerniec Jr. of Indiana will be sentenced for statutory sexual assault of a child 11 years or older and for child pornography.
Police said Czerniec had sexual relations with a juvenile he picked up in Clymer and also sent nude photographs and text messages.
Also sentenced today will be Dennis Patterson of Clymer for criminal mischief and Shawn Lydick of Creekside for driving while suspended.
