The Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois are investigating a report of a stolen license plate in Jefferson County.
The incident was reported to have happened between January 10th and the 11th on Main Street in Falls Creek, when a trooper responded to a disturbance in the area of a construction company. Police say 30 year old Daniel Conner of Punxsutawney attempted to retrieve a vehicle he partly owns as a co-signer with 27 year old Amber Hemphill of Falls Creek. However, the plate was missing.
The investigation continues.
