Harassment charges were filed against a man from Falls Creek on Saturday afternoon around 2:30 in Jefferson County.
Investigators determined 34 year old Corey Loney allegedly engaged in an argument with a 49 year old woman from DuBois who was suspected to be under the influence of meth. During the argument, police say Loney grabbed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich from the victim and threw it at her.
She was transported for a mental health evaluation.
