
Cris Dush talked about the upcoming Census and the importance of having people complete the form to be counted.
The Census provides data for grant funding, an aids in the legislative representation of the people in said district. Representative Dush also talked about Governor Wolf’s attempt to use an executive order to mandate a state minimum wage of $15.00 per hour, to which Dush is opposed.
The discussion then commenced to the power of the legislative body whereas the authority of the House of Representatives and Senate reside.
