A man from Jamaica, New York was arrested for drug possession in Pine Creek Township of Jefferson County.
On Wednesday afternoon around 3:30, the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois stopped a vehicle on I 80 west and suspected the driver, 23 year old Anthony Harrell, to be under the influence of marijuana. Troopers found a small amount of marijuana on him and paraphernalia.
Charges are pending the results of the blood test.
