Charges are pending following an investigation of retail theft that happened in the beginning of the month in Clarion County.
On January 5th around noon, Pennsylvania State Police were called the scene at a major retailer on Perkins Road in Monroe Township for a report of theft.
Officers say the accused 49 year old Amanda Shelly of Clarion was taken into custody.
