Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion is currently investigating an alleged rape reported by the victim to had occurred around December 2012.
Names and other details were not in the report as the investigation is listed as on-going.

Details emerge about a DUI that happened last month in Jefferson County.
On December 14th around 2 in the morning, Brookville Borough Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that failed to yield the right-of-way as it backed out of a parking lot at a bar on Western Avenue in Brookville. The officer spoke with the driver, who was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Brookville Hospital for a blood draw.
The results indicate he had a BAV of .123%, whereas the legal limit is .08%. The driver, who’s name was not in the report, was charged with DUI and his passenger, a 29 year old woman from Brookville, was cited with public drunkenness and for having an open container.

Charges were field against a 34 year old woman from Brookville for possessing false urine.
Following an investigation, Brookville Borough Police found a 21 year old man helped the woman acquire the urine with the knowledge she was going to use it to pass a drug screening.
The incident occurred on January 17th at the Court House in Brookville and charges were filed through Magistrate Bazylak’s Office.

There was a multi-vehicle accident yesterday afternoon around 12:30 in Rose Township and two emergency helicopters responded to the crash site.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, Jefferson County 9-1-1 said the crash occurred near the intersection of Snyder Road and State Route 28, closing 28 in both directions until 2pm. The published report says STAT MedEvac and LifeFlight, as well as Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney and Pine Creek VFD were on the scene.
More information is expected to be released.

Punxsutawney’s three VFD’s responded to a report of a fire at a local business yesterday after noon.
According to The Punxsutawney Spirit, just before 5 pm, Lindsey and Elk Run arrived at the reported structure fire on West Mahoning Street and Central was canceled while they were on their way.
The published report cites scanner reports indicating a cooler’s compressor overheated, giving way to a short bust of flames that went out.
Jefferson County EMS and Punxsutawney Borough Police assisted at the scene.
