Details emerge about a single-vehicle accident that happened last week in Howe Township of Forest County.
On January 15th around 6 pm Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville say 27 year old Morgo Belliveau of Haram, Ohio was traveling north on Blue Jay Creek Road, failed to negotiate a left curve, exited the roadway and rolled his vehicle onto its passenger side.
Belliveau and his passenger were not injured and they were not wearing their seat belts. Belliveau was taken to Clarion Hospital for a blood draw and DUI charges are pending the results.
