On Saturday a man from Grand Forks, North Dakota was arrested for driving under the influence in Washington Township of Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say around 10:30 that morning they conducted a traffic stop on I-80 East and found the driver 24 year old Mohamed Swaray showing signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DUI and an investigation is pending the toxicology report.
