A man from Punxsutawney who is accused of sexually assaulting a teen pleaded guilty in court.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 24 year old Douglas Russell Bartlebaugh plead guilty to Statutory Sexual Assault and four counts of Felony 2 Incest as a result of the plea other charges were dismissed.
The published report says Bartlebaugh is in the Jefferson County Jail on $50,000 monetary bail.
A sentencing date for the case has not yet been scheduled.
