Charges have been filed against a woman from Jefferson County for an incident that reportedly occurred on Smithtown Road in Washington Township last month.
The Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say on December 22nd around 10 pm a verbal altercation between a 51 year old man from Reynoldsville and 47 year old Gina Smith of Punxsutawney turned physical when Smith allegedly pushed the man, causing him to fall on a couch.
According to authorities, the incident started when the victim was talking with other women on Facebook after being in a three-month relationship with Smith.
