In Indiana County Court today, 29-year-old Travis Kirbaugh of Punxsutawney will appear for failure to register with Pennsylvania State Police as a convicted sex offender, and 34-year-old Nathan Pritt of Clymer will appear for simple assault, with non-prosecution for strangulation, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
Originally they were scheduled for next Friday; however, they were moved to today.
