Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville say the crash occurred when 35 year old Anya Ramsey of Harrisburg was driving around a curve on Route 66 near Blose Lane and came into contact with standing water on the roadway. This caused her vehicle to exit the road, hitting a ditch.
Ramsey was not injured, but was charged for driving on a suspended license.
