We have an update from an earlier report of criminal trespass in the Township and County of Clarion.
Investigators now say 31 year old Tyree Smith of Clarion trespassed on Clarion County Housing Authority property on Robinwood Drive back on December 23rd.
Currently the court is awaiting a plea.
