A woman from Reynoldsville was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Falls Creek Borough of Jefferson County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois 26 year old Melinda Bundy was traveling west on Main Street when she applied the gas instead of the brake, causing her to hit the SUV in front of her driven by 55 year old Marianne Dixon of Falls Creek.
Bundy sustained an injury to her head, but refused treatment. Her car had to be towed from the crash site and she was cited with careless driving
