A woman from Tionesta was arrested for shoplifting from a major retailer in Monroe Township.
Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion say there were four separate incidents beginning on September 4th through November 14th when 26 year old Jenna Schaffer allegedly failed to pay for $655 worth of merchandise.
Charges are going to be filed at the Magisterial District Judge.
