Last week Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois responded to a disabled vehicle and found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol and a controlled substance in Winslow Township of Jefferson County.
On Tuesday evening just before seven, police located the SUV along the Reynoldsville Falls Creek Road and found the 33 year old driver, Michael Wright of Reynoldsville, to be DUI with a BAC of .19 from a breath test. Police say Wright became disorderly at Penn Highlands where he refused a blood draw and allegedly showed aggressive behavior during the processing at the barracks.
Wright was transported to the Jefferson County Jail and charges are being filed at the MDJ.
