The Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois issued an arrest warrant for a man in Brockway.
Pennsylvania State Police say the incident happened last week on Bushely Road in Washington Township of Jefferson County, when they were called to the scene for a report of a domestic incident. When officers arrived the accused 38 year old Brandon Cross fled into a large wooded area.
Investigators say Cross assaulted a 51 year old woman and a 15 year old male prior to fleeing on December 3 around 9 pm.
Charges have been prepared for Cross and an arrest warrant has been issued.
