On Friday afternoon around one, an man from Knox was arrested for possession of a firearm and marijuana.
Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion say 61 year old James McCoy was allegedly trespassing on property along Madison Road in Beaver Township, where he had a loaded gun and marijuana.
McCoy is prohibited from having the firearm due to criminal history and he was taken into custody, arraigned and sent to the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond where he faces four charges.
