The Pennsylvania State Police are continuing their investigation of disorderly conduct reported between October 25th and the 27th in Farmington Township of Clarion County.
The victims, 48 year old Crystal Stoots and 58 year old Harry Stoots, both of Tionesta, reported known individuals scattered human ashes onto a stone on their property along Grouse Lane.
