A man from Washington PA was arrested for DUI yesterday morning around 1 in Farmington Township.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville say they responded to a camp along on Roundtown Drive near Walley Valley Run Drive for a report of a suspicious vehicle. When they arrived, they found the 58 year old driver to be under the influence of alcohol.

Allegations of corruption of a child were found to unfounded in Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police were notified by Clarion County Human Services about a juvenile who was accused of receiving marijuana from her boyfriend sometime between November 1 through the 18th.
Investigators talked with the juvenile’s parents, the juvenile and her boyfriend and determined the accusations were unfounded.

Charges were filed against a man for a retail theft that happened last month in Jefferson County.
The Brookville Borough Police have charged the 38 year old, who’s name was not in the report, with retail theft, following an allegation he stole items from a convenience store on October 31st.

A man from Northern Cambria is facing several charges following an incident that happened on Friday afternoon around 1:30 in Indiana Borough.
A trooper attempted to stop a vehicle on 7th Street for various violations; however, the driver attempted to flee. The suspect was eventually stopped and 27 year old Jerry Pierce was taken into custody. His passengers, a three month old, a three year old and a 24 year old woman were not injured. Officers suspect he was driving under the influence of marijuana and with a suspended license.
He was taken to IRMC for a blood draw while charges were prepared including: Endangering the Welfare of Children and DUI. The investigation continues as he is in the Indiana County Jail.
