A man from Punxsutawney who is accused of selling a stolen gun is now facing felony charges.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 21 year old Drew Patrick Maines allegedly acquired the stolen AR-15 by trading meth for it, which he allegedly attempted to sell to an undercover officer with the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney.
The published report says he was arraigned on the 15th and charged with receiving stolen property. He’s in the Jefferson County Jail after not being able to post $100,000 monetary bail. No preliminary hearing has been set.
