Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion investigated a report of domestic violence on Emlenton Road in the Borough of Saint Petersburg and arrested both parties.
Through the investigation police determined the 34 year old man from St. Petersburg and his 24 year old girl friend from Knox got into a verbal arguments on the 13th and 14th last week and they turned into physical altercations. Both were injured and arrested for Domestic Violence.
They were arraigned and released on unsecured bail.

A man from Templeton was arrested for DUI following an investigation of the incident that happened at the beginning of this month.
On November 5th Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash around 8 pm on Brookville Street in Red Bank Township of Clarion County and found the 66 year old driver under the influence of alcohol.
His name was not in the report.

Charges are now pending against two people for an incident that was reported last week in Warsaw Township of Jefferson County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say on just before 10 am on November 15 along Route 28, there was a verbal altercation which turned physical, leading to the arrest of a 37 year old man and a 38 year old woman, both of Brockway.
The police report listed a 36 year old man from Leeper as the victim. No other details were released.

A 47 year old man from Brookville is charged with driving under the influence, following the blood test results.
The incident happened after midnight last month on the 25th when officers were following a vehicle that failed to use a directional signal when making a turn onto Tunnel Hill Road. When stopped by police, they noticed the driver’s breath smelled of alcohol.
The unnamed suspect reportedly failed the field sobriety test and was taken to Brookville Hospital for a blood draw. The legal BAC limit is .08 and he had a .146. He was charged with DUI and other summary traffic citations.

This past Sunday Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana arrested a 63 year old man from Creekside for DUI.
It was close to 1:30 in the morning when troopers arrested Arthur Hemley for suspicion of driving under the influence, on route 110 near Ernest Haul Road in Rayne Township of Indiana County. Charges were field through the Magisterial District Judge.
