The blood results are back and a 73 year old man from Summerville now faces DUI and other charges.
The Brookville Borough Police say after midnight on October 27 they followed a vehicle on South Main Street where the driver crossed the white line. When officers pulled the vehicle over they detected odor of alcohol coming from the operator. During the sobriety test police allege the man tried to walk away; however, they detained him.
Following a blood draw at the Brookville Hospital, his BAC was .207, which is above the PA limit of .08.
